Roll label production requirements:

1. The interval between the label and the label is 2-3mm (for the electric eye to detect the label);

2. The label is 2mm away from the edge of the bottom paper (to avoid contamination of the label);

3. The backing paper of the label is made of glassine material. This backing paper has good toughness and prevents breaking (to avoid cutting the backing paper);

4. The inner diameter of the core is 76mm, and the outer diameter is less than 280mm.

2) Requirements for the provision of debugging items

The automation equipment has particularity. In order to better debug and realize automation smoothly, the purchaser should provide enough test samples for design reference and test debugging. The samples for testing and debugging should meet the automation accuracy tolerance and coordination requirements (including but Not limited to debugging and related supporting items, etc.), the specific requirements are subject to the professional opinion of the equipment manufacturer.

3) Training agreement

The seller provides free training for the relevant personnel of the buyer by video. The content includes the normal use of equipment, maintenance, fault analysis and elimination, operation safety and emergency handling procedures.
