Basic functions:
The machine needs only manually reload and offload the bottles, the machine will auto complete label stripping, applying, pressing etc. It is widely used in various regular shaped round, tapered, cylindrical products’ label applying, such as medical reagent bottles, transfusion bottles, injection bottles, medical round bottles’ label applying. It can realize full and half circumference labeling, round bottle front and rear labeling,
The front and rear label distance can be arbitrarily adjusted. Round bottle positioning detection device can be optional, realizing circumferential positioning labeling; ribbon date coder can also be optional for coding manufacture dates, validity dates, batch No. etc. during labeling, reducing packaging processes and improving production efficiency. The equipment is with stable performance, good labeling result and high labeling precision of ±1mm.
