This series of labeling machines has a wide range of applications. It is suitable for round and cylindrical containers such as plastic bottles, glass bottles and metal pots in the washing, beverage, mineral water, food and other industries. Opp film, pearl film, paper-plastic composite Film, paper label and other circumferential labeling, due to the use of non-shrinkable materials, the label printing pattern will not be deformed to ensure the aesthetics of the product packaging, while also greatly reducing the cost of packaging materials.

 

 

The main performance of the equipment is summarized as follows:

 The production speed can reach 6000-9000 bottles/hour, and it can be connected to the filling line for production, which greatly improves the production speed and saves costs.

 Adopt Schneider imported servo motor and Siemens PLC control, simple operation, stable and reliable operation.

Synchronous gear rotation system, and the use of screw and star wheel to match the bottle in and out, to ensure smooth and stable product in and out during high-speed operation.

 Bottle conveying part, including conveying chain (stainless steel plate chain), screw conveying, turntable part, and labeling mechanism. The main motor drives the screw conveyor and bottle feeding wheel, and the conveying and labeling mechanism are independent powers.

 The label conveying part is the labeling station, constant tension control, deviation correction mechanism, traction mechanism, label suction hub (label cutting), labeling hub, and glue application mechanism.

 The glue application part includes glue pump, glue application station and glue liquid circulation system. 

 

2.3 Work flow

The hot melt adhesive OPP labeling machine is a new type of labeling machine with rotary and continuous operation; the equipment can automatically adjust the in and out transmission of the container; the container conveyed by the conveyor belt is separated by the separation screw according to the spacing of the star wheel After a certain distance, the imported star wheel transfers the container to the container turntable. After the container is fixed by the bottle pressing mechanism and the mold seat of the container, the container starts to rotate at a certain speed; and the positioning and labeling are carried out according to the trajectory of the mechanism.

When the container reaches the electric eye detection position, the PLC controls the label delivery system to send the label. When a label delivery action is completed, the high-speed cutter cuts a label; due to the Schneider ultra-small inertia high-speed servo motor, high-speed label delivery and cutting are ensured The accuracy and stability of the target.

The cut labels are transferred to the vacuum suction drum and sent to the gluing system; in this part, the system applies glue to the two parts of the label's leading and trailing edges. This gluing method minimizes the consumption of hot melt adhesive, and the glued label When transferred to the labeling position, the label can be accurately and effectively glued to the container. Since the container is in a rotating state during the transfer process of the label, the label can be affixed to the container smoothly and tightly. The adhesive strip at the end of the sizing can form a good label lap seal, completing a labeling process. The main processes of labeling are sequentially refined as follows:
