3. work process

1. The core working principle: put the product on the conveyor belt, enter the bottle separating mechanism, after the bottle separating mechanism separates the products, the sensor detects the product passing, and sends back a signal to the labeling control system, and the control system controls the positioning cylinder to extend at an appropriate position of the bottle, let the bottle rotate, and at the same time control the traction motor to send out the label and attach it to the labeling position of the product. At the same time, the label is applied, and the labeling action of the bottle body is completed. (The spacing of the bottle label is adjustable)

2. The positioning cylinder returns, and the bottle continues to be transported. When the second labeling mechanism is reached, the control system controls the positioning cylinder to extend the positioning of the bottle and rotate the bottle. The positioning sensor detects the positioning signal, and the control system controls the traction motor to send out the label. , And put the label on the neck of the bottle, the bottle is rotated and the label is covered at the same time, the neck label is finished.
