Machine structure:

  1. Aluminum parts: Adopts aluminum alloy acid proof aluminum mold, deformation proof, corrosion proof.
  2. Machine rack: Adopts quality SS304, formed by welding, with the parts contacting ground with fastening bolts
  3. Transmission system: Composed of motor, gear box, mold plates, transmission chains etc.
  4. Adopts servo motor controlling system, and fast stable stepper motor controlling system, ensuring reliable performances.
  5. The electrical control box adopts Chinese packaging machinery filed standards,  installed by our own company.
  6. Film correction system: Photoelectric tracking and auto correcting the film patterns to align with molds
  7. Molds:  Processed with fine grinding, durable and stable.
  8. Sealing system: Adopts constant temperature( intelligent temperature control),  with sealing head the 1st grade aluminum, with superb heat conductivity , solid and firm.

 

Work principle:

Work principle for machine with nitrogen flushing: controlling the executing system cylinder by electrical controlling system, completing the down mold entry and exit, and the upper mold’s mold opening, closing, sealing, film cutting and film collecting procedures etc.

Tray placing→ push switch→ down mold entry(in place)→upper mold goes down to close with down mold(in place)→expel the natural air→flush in the nitrogen gas(complete)→seal in sealed chamber→release compressed air→upper and down molds separate→down mold exits , completed product pushed out→Take out the completed product

Work principle for ordinary machine without gas flushing:  upper and down mold closes →sealing and film cutting( complete)→Down mold exists , finished product up-pushed

Note: After flushing and sealing, the upper and down mold home positions, completes one cycle of work flow.

This machine is continuous type, with the front and rear ends can be attached auto tray feeding system, rear end

With conveyor belt, metal detector and check weigher etc.

 

Warm remainder

Using of deep container is not recommended.

Recommended container depth within 50mm ( for sliced products for example)

Whole deli such as (whole chicken, whole duck), due to their abdomen is sealed causing air cannot flow within,

This machine is not recommended for this case.

cautions:

  1. The machine must be grounded before using

 Safety precautions shall be taken that the mold within this machine has high temperature, thus no hand shall be poked into it during machine standby and with electricity

  1. Push the red E-stop button, during emergency situations.
  2. Power must be powered off during film roll installing.
  3. For the 1st time sealing, the temperature shall be adjusted from low to high
  4. When placing the machine, the four legs must be levelled, and ground must be firm and solid.
  5. Lubricant shall be added regularly on the guide pillars , to reduce parts wearing.
  6. Clean it after each shift, especially the hot plate ,cutter, the equipment working interface, conveyor and motors.
