The tape wrapping machine is specially designed for exclusion application, exclusively applied for the circular shaped coil various tape wrapping.

Once you are familiar with this equipment, it can be also applied for the other products’ tape wrapping.

III. Functions and features:

   Exclusively designed for the tape wrapping for various electronic oils, stator coils etc. circular products. Masking tapes, mylar tapes, barricade tape, high temperate tape etc. can be used for the wrapping. The tape wrapping speed 1.5-2s, number of wraps and length are adjustable. Auto alarm for tape missing and with fast switching over,  with human-machine interface and PLC controlling system.

IV. Tape wrapping process analysis:

Tape roll loading→ adjust tape photoelectric sensor→ adjust product optical fiber sensor→ reset machine

Machine starts wrapping→ wrapping completes, product taken, product sensor senses→ pulls tape     push ”start” to pull tape
