Operating procedures for the machine:

1. Pour the bolts and washers into the corresponding vibratory bowl feeders.
2. Plug in the single phase electrical power supply
3. Turn on all the lever switches on the operating panel to run the machine.

Size changeover

Loosen below 4 screws under the washer bowl and then use spanner to twist the screw under them,

To rise and lower the washer bolt.

Until one third of the washer hole is taken by the bolt

The longer bolt head thickness is also greater than that of the shortest, so below rejecting mechanism needs to be adjusted lower also:
