Overview:

     The intelligent vacuum capping machine uses the rotation of a pneumatic actuator to drive the capping head on the cylinder plate to reciprocate back and forth through air pressure, thereby controlling the ascent and descent; the horizontal cylinder controls the reciprocating motion of the bottle clamping mold to complete the machine work. When the bottle cap is tightened, the capping head automatically rises, which can effectively avoid the abrasion of the bottle cap. At the same time, it also indicates that the operation of the next bottle cap can already be entered, which effectively reduces labor intensity and ensures the quality of capping.
