This equipment is mainly used for manual welding of batteries in cylindrical/polymer battery combinations with nickel-plated steel strips or nickel strips, and ensures that the welding tension between the battery and the nickel-plated steel strip or nickel strip is ≥30N. It is mainly suitable for spot welding of lithium battery packs in mold production, such as electric motorcycles, electric cars, and solar street lights.

Performance features:

Welding voltage locking technology to prevent welding current from being affected by mains voltage fluctuations.
Welding pulse width is adjustable, with small welding spatter and no discoloration of welding points.
It has two-stage current detection and comparison functions, and alarms for abnormal current, effectively preventing the occurrence of false welding and virtual welding.
It has a self-diagnosis function for faults and displays the corresponding fault points for easy maintenance.
It uses a motion control card embedded programming module. By calibrating a starting coordinate and inputting the number of X and Y axes, spacing, the welding head movement trajectory can be automatically generated and saved in the system file, making programming simple and easy to learn.
Up to 99 sets of welding programs and parameters can be stored in the system. When changing products, only the energy needs to be adjusted and the program can be called up. The welding head can be pneumatically, electrically, or rotationally selected.

Double-sided automatic welding

Stable current output

Optional transistor welding power supply or high-frequency DC inverter power supply can be selected, and the single-point output current can be monitored in real-time. The welding head uses a MIYACHI welding head with pressure automatic following function, which can effectively adjust the pressure of the electrode. The welding head electrode adopts water cooling circulation, with a constant temperature of 25℃, ensuring welding strength.
