Product Usage

  This product is suitable for all kinds of round cans such as tinplate cans, milk powder cans, plastic cans, paper cans, etc., which are first vacuumed, then filled with nitrogen, and then sealed. Mainly used in the packaging and sealing of milk powder, protein powder, dried meat, seafood, assorted vegetables, sauces, pickles and other products in the pharmaceutical, food and other industries. Vacuum and nitrogen are used to maintain freshness and extend the product. The shelf life is ideal equipment for food, milk powder, pharmaceutical and other industries. It can be used alone or in combination with other filling production lines.

Performance characteristics

  1. The vacuuming, nitrogen filling, and sealing processes are all carried out in a sealed room, which effectively prevents air from entering the tank twice;

  2. It can seal different specifications of cans and milk powder cans by replacing the cover mold, can body fixing clip, lid lowering device and other accessories;

  3. Tank lid joint control: when there is a can, the lid will be provided accordingly, and the lid will not be provided if there is no can;

  4. Stop without lid: When the lid remover does not cover, it will stop automatically to avoid the can body biting the lid mold and damaging the parts of the sealing mechanism;

  5. Automatic control, using PLC programmable controller control, man-machine interface touch screen operation;

  6. All pneumatic components and solenoid valves adopt the "Airtac" brand;

  7. Use high-precision digital display pressure sensor to detect vacuum pressure, and the required vacuum pressure can be set arbitrarily;

  8. The high-pressure vacuum pump is used for vacuuming, which can reach a very low vacuum degree;

  9. Through function switching, different functions such as vacuuming but not nitrogen filling, and not vacuuming and not filling nitrogen can be realized. One machine can be used for multiple purposes.

  10. The outer cover and main parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which meets the requirements of food and medicine hygiene.
