Features
1. This machine adopts the configuration of Siemens electrical appliances in Germany or Schneider electrical appliances of the same level in France, PLC processing is more accurate and stable, the error of the sleeve label is small, and the accuracy is high. After the commissioning is completed, no label or sleeve will be missed.
2. It adopts 304# stainless steel frame structure, matched with high-quality aluminum parts, adopts NSK bearings imported from Japan, and GATES transmission belts imported from the United States.
3. Sleeve labeling machine dual language operating system, Chinese and English interactive interface. The machine appearance and operating system language can be customized according to customer needs. Our equipment has been exported to Southeast Asia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and other places, as well as Japan, South Korea, Russia, Nepal, Ethiopia and other countries.

6. The sleeve labeling machine can be matched with steam shrinkage and electric heating shrinkage. It can be determined according to different product packaging requirements and site dry humidity requirements. The normal water and beverage industry adopts steam shrinkage, the label shrinkage is more smooth and beautiful, and the label material, color, and shrinkage rate requirements are low. Electric heating shrinkage is suitable for products that need to be kept dry, such as glass bottles, metal products, powders, and biscuit products, but they have higher requirements for labels, requiring lighter color labels, higher shrinkage, and better materials.
Introduction to shrinkage
The sleeve labeling machine needs to be equipped with a shrinking tunnel. After the labeling is completed, the product label is shrink-wrapped. Different products, different capacity requirements, and site dry and humidity requirements need to be equipped with a suitable steam shrinking tunnel or electric heat shrinking tunnel. In general, it is more appropriate to shrink plastic bottles, cups, and barrels with steam. For glass bottles, metal bottles, powders, and puffed food products, an electric shrink tunnel is more suitable.
Advantages of steam shrinkage: low requirements for label material, no chromatic aberration after shrinkage, more even and smooth shrinkage, which can meet the shrink packaging of most products. Unconventional and special-shaped bottles need to be customized according to the bottle sample. Disadvantages: After shrinking, there will be water vapor on the surface of the product, which needs to be blown dry or manually dried. When shrinking, a certain amount of steam will be discharged into the room. A fan can be added to the tunnel to extract or recycle the steam. .
Advantages of the electric heating shrinking furnace: The surface of the product is dry and without moisture after shrinking, and it can be used for products that require dry packaging, and is mostly used for food and daily chemical products. Disadvantages: high requirements for label material and shrinkage rate, and can not shrink dark color labels, such as dark green, dark red, and dark blue. The temperature of the electric heating shrinking furnace is high, and there is no water vapor moisture, and the dark label is easy to fade after shrinking.
