Overview

The high-speed tie on mask machine, one, is used to produce flat strapped masks. It uses ultrasonic welding technology to weld the straps on both sides of the mask body to complete the fully automated machine for the finished strapped mask.

The high-speed banding machine is a highly efficient and practical model. This machine is mainly composed of a mask sheet feeding mechanism, a belt conveying mechanism, an ultrasonic welding die-cutting mechanism, a strap tray mechanism, a mask product discharging mechanism, etc. Part of the composition, it can automatically complete the functions of feeding, welding, cutting, lamination, counting, etc. of the mask band.
