     Features:

     AZ-CP120 is a three-stage roller type automatic packaging equipment designed for automatic packaging of sauces, liquids and creams. This machine can realize three-side sealing or four-side sealing packaging mode.

     The machine adopts an advanced industrial computer control system. Through the "human-machine dialogue", the bag size can be increased or shortened and the packaging speed can be adjusted conveniently and accurately. The LCD touch screen can complete most of the functions. Settings, Chinese and English prompts make each setting operation simple and clear.

     The machine has a set of vertical sealing heat rollers, a set of horizontal sealing heat rollers, and a set of horizontal sealing cold rollers. The sealing adopts the roller sealing method, the longitudinal sealing pattern adopts a checkerboard pattern with a leakproof line, and the horizontal sealing pattern adopts a checkerboard pattern with a leakproof line or a flat seal with a leakproof line. The secondary sealing pressure is effective to prevent leakage and is more smooth and firm, and is packaged The materials fall into the packaging bag through the metering device. The metering device is a stainless steel adjustable and accurate metering pump with single or double stirring. The cutting knife can use one of three methods: flat knife, serrated knife, and dot-dash knife. The machine is also equipped with an easy-to-tear and incision device for easy bag opening.
