2. All parts are sorted, lined up, fed by vibratory bowl, eliminating the tedious work by manual feeding.
    
3.  Controlling system: Delta PLC + touch screen control, user-friendly human-machine interface, straight-forward convenient operation.

4. With precision indexer indexing the rotary wheel into multiple stations, being driven by servo motor, with sensitive response.
Multiple robotic arms pick and feed the products, with high automation.
 

5. To ensure machine stable performance, all electrical components adopt imported brands. Equipment advantage: high efficiency, high automation, one operator can manage 3-5 equipment, ideal for labor replacing.
